Message From the President

Donated Legal Services. Each Carrollwood Community Bar Association "2007 Membership Listing" distributed at the 4/11/07 CABA AFTER 5 and at the CCBA golf tournament on Friday, May 4, 2007 has a number stamped on the back. At each CCBA luncheon meeting beginning May 2007, CCBA will draw a number. The person who has a "2007 Membership Listing" with the winning number, will be entitled to the donated legal service. Before the end of each month, CCBA will post on the CCBA website (www.carrollwoodbar.com) the winning number and the donating attorney's name, phone number, and description of the donated legal service. Five (5) attorneys have donated legal services. Donated legal services are valid until 12/31/2007, unless when posted the donating attorney has indicated an earlier date, or agrees to an extension.

Winner for June 2007 is number 100. If you have a CCBA 2007 membership listing with 100 stamped thereon, please contact Claire Saady’s office. Ms. Saady will provide either an employee handbook or a training seminar for employees/managers concerning discrimination and sexual harassment in the work place.
